W-03 · Contract and data parser
Documents in, structured fields out, exceptions flagged
The parser reads contracts, invoices, and forms, extracts the fields you care about, validates them against your rules, and loads them into your system. Each field carries a confidence flag, so uncertain values get checked by a person.
How it runs
The workflow, step by step
-
01
Document in
Email attachment, upload, or shared folder.
-
02
Extract
The agent pulls the fields you defined.
-
03
Validate
Values are checked against your rules and existing records.
-
04
Load or flag
Clean records load. Uncertain ones go to a review queue.
Who it is for
- Operations, finance, or legal teams retyping data from documents
- Teams with a repeating set of document types and a known list of fields
- Companies with a system of record that can receive structured data
What we need / what you get
We need
- Sample documents of each type
- The list of fields to extract
- Your validation rules and destination system
You get
- Structured records in your system
- Confidence flags per field
- A review queue for exceptions
Where people stay in the loop
- Low-confidence fields are highlighted for a person to confirm
- Failed validation checks hold the record instead of loading it
- Original documents stay linked to every extracted record
Starting prices
Two ways to engage
Retainer
$1,000 /month
Ongoing building, monitoring, and tuning for one workflow with one measurable outcome.
Project + maintenance
$5,000 project
A scoped build, then a monthly retainer to keep it running.
These are starting prices. The final scope and price are set in the workflow review, once we know your volume and systems.
In the review
Questions we will ask
- Which document types do you handle, and how many per month?
- Which fields matter, and what makes a value wrong?
- Where do the extracted values need to end up?
Common questions
Is it accurate enough to trust?
We test on your real sample documents before launch and report what it gets right and wrong. The review queue exists because no extraction is perfect.
Does this give legal advice on contracts?
No. It extracts fields and flags clauses you ask it to look for. Interpretation stays with your people.
